The Agile Certified Practitioner Course covers all aspects of managing projects in an Agile environment, including topics such as understanding customer needs, setting priorities, and refining processes.
On the other hand, a Scrum Master course focuses specifically on the role of a Scrum Master in an Agile team, teaching skills such as facilitating sprints, resolving conflicts, and encouraging collaboration.
