MSP® – Managing Successful Programmes Foundation Course and Exam

MSP® – Managing Successful Programmes Foundation Course and Exam

What is Managing Successful Programmes Foundation?

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) is a methodology that is made up of a set of principles and processes that can be used when managing a programme. Organisations will set objectives and these objectives can be broken down into projects, and these projects can then be made up of a programme. The objectives, or goals, of the programme, are typically at a strategic level so that the organisation
can reap the rewards and benefits due to improvements that can come from implementation.

MSP® can help your organisation achieve successful outcomes from transformational change. It provides an approach and a set of tools to enable change. It helps practitioners to define and pursue changes, all while managing risks, unforeseen issues, stakeholders, and other aspects with clarity and control.

Each student that passed the exam will be provided with an MSP® foundation certification and will appear on the MSP® Successful Candidate Registers.
